I have been lucky enough to be allowed a career in an extremely rewarding industry where I started in my homeland of Scotland and was fortunate to get the opportunity to travel, to work, to enjoy, to experience many cultures along the way…… progressing first to London and then on to Asia, United States, Caribbean, Australia, Middle East.


I believe these multi layers of quality and experiences working at the top end of our business will hold me in good stead and gives confidence for whatever life throws at us next.


Most people say a very versatile, hands on, detail orientated, and fundamentally sound leader and chef, with priorities being towards quality, customer service, colleagues and of course success.
